Returns & Exchanges

At Game Gear NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the goods are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Game Gear NZ

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Auckland warehouse and drop it off at any authorized New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
